I love alternative photography. I love shooting that which is different. Challenge me and challenge art.
once in a while i like to go around my city and just shoot
British Columbia is one of the most beautiful places I have seen. To shoot here is a blessing.
When I first started out in Studio photography nearly 10 years ago I was lucky enough to meet some of the most beautiful people inside and out the world has to offer.
And most of them loved Pin-Up.
Being an "old soul" who LOVES anything 1930-1960 I jumped at the opportunity to shoot with these amazing ladies.
My early work never did them justice but they never complained and always encouraged.
I LOVE YOU LADIES with all my heart - THANK YOU for letting me grow with you to become and always improve on who I am both as a photographer and an artist.
one of the benefits of being my friend is that you can come over to my house in your pajamas, no make-up and not looking your best and i wont judge you...........because I will ALSO be in my pajamas with no make-up on not looking my best.

Its one thing to make a picture of what a person looks like. Its another thing to make a portrait of who they are.

I truly enjoy capturing who my subjects are.
The Rainmaker is a fun invention we bring out each summer to have some fun with :D
Shibari or Western Syle suspension are both beautiful art forms to explore in photography. A model in the hand of an experienced rigger can create stunning images.
The Streets of Vancouver (as are the streets of the world) are an amazing place to shoot - lots of characters and character in our amazing city.

Throughout my life I have always travelled. Locally and Internationally. Having grown up in Europe, travel was easy. Hop on a bus or train and go - within 5 hours (barring Eastern European border delays) of the city I grew up in I was in Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, Budapest, Berlin, Rome , Venice, Florence, Milan and many other cities of ancient beauty.
I also traveled extensively through South America, North America and the Middle East. As a child i didnt take many pictures but the memories persist. Maybe one day I can go back to some places and shoot what I see :)
Although I am a blank canvas by choice I ADORE and LOVE the art of Ink.
I love the art of Dance. The movement of body and mind to music can be breathtaking and I LOVE trying to capture that emotion whenever I get a chance.
